PATIENCE, COMPUTER EXPERIENCE, AND TIME ARE REQUIRED
Uranium Fever’s instructions are designed to be accessible for all users, regardless of modding experience. However, it is REQUIRED to thoroughly read each instruction, even if you consider yourself experienced enough to skip steps. While no prior modding knowledge is necessary, a general proficiency in computer operations is expected.
- Legally purchased copies of Fallout: New Vegas, Fallout 3, and all DLCs for both games.
- Steam, Steam PCR, Steam German, and GOG versions of Fallout: New Vegas ARE compatible.
- Those with the Steam German version must use DepotDownloader to download the international (normal) executable.
- Windows Store, Gamepass, and Epic Games versions of Fallout: New Vegas ARE NOT compatible.
- ALL versions of Fallout 3 ARE compatible. The version of Fallout 3 does NOT need to match the version of Fallout: New Vegas.
- Steam, Steam PCR, Steam German, and GOG versions of Fallout: New Vegas ARE compatible.
Controller Support
Controller support is provided for Steam users, though it is unavailable for GOG users.
- Windows 10 or higher (64-bit).
- Uranium Fever is compatible with Linux and specialized instructions are included later on. However, a Windows environment remains a REQUIREMENT during the Linux installation process.
- The latest drivers for your GPU.
- .NET Framework 4.8.
- Visual C++ Runtime Libraries.
- Extract the archive, open the extracted folder, right-click
install_all.bat, and selectRun as administrator. - Once complete, reboot your computer.

- A text editor – Notepad++ is recommended.
- A Nexus Mods account – A Premium subscription is HIGHLY recommended; otherwise, more than 1300 mods must be manually downloaded.
